The good news (?) is that 50-75% of the population of the world will survive! I believe in the old addage "Hope for the best.. Prepare for the worse." I have that attitude on my web series "2012, it's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine". When the alignment happens it will happen in the constellation Ophiuchus (the 13th sign of the zodiac). His symbol is the symbol doctors have been using for the healing arts. I believe the Earth must heal itself. The Mayan have shown that this has happened 3 times before. 1) Whatever killed off the dinosaurs (they had tiny brains and could not adapt as we can), The Ice Age, The Great Flood, and now it's our turn. Mankind has survived the last 2 so there is no reason to think most of us won't survive this one.
